It would be hard to describe Betty's new "swimming" moves with only one photo. She pushes herself up on her arms as high as she can go and then releases, balancing on her belly and waving her arms and feet. She does this just for the fun of it sometimes, but she also does it when a toy is out of reach. She wants to crawl, and we will be proud of her when she does, but I have to admit that right now I'm glad she's stuck in one spot. Babyproofing is a project for Christmas "break."
