Betty had her first haircut today, but it doesn't count. I had to cut something sticky out. No idea what it was. In other news, Steele and I have moved back downstairs. Last night was the first night since bringing Betty home that we slept in a different room than the baby. I was a little sad when we went off to bed, but I have to admit that without the nightlight and all the crazy noises Betty makes (she sometimes wakes up in the middle of the night and talks to herself for 30 minutes) I slept more deeply than I have in months. And with no alarm going off at 5:00 a.m. Betty seemed to sleep better too. She slept an hour longer than usual.
