Here Betty and Daddy are reading We're Going on a Bear Hunt. Later they went on a hunt for the ingredients for garlic soup, which I'm hoping will help cure my cold/cough. Steele calls Betty his "shopping buddy." He puts her in the Baby Bjorn and takes care of all the errands while I toil away on job applications and the dissertation. He says she's always good and just hangs out, looking around. I bet it's cute, but I'm sad to say I've never been shopping with them.
