We celebrated my birthday a few days early with a steak dinner at home. Usually we go out to eat for birthdays, but I mainly wanted the cousins to have a chance to play together. It was a lot of fun...Betty gave Gretchen some kisses and Gretchen showed Betty how to clap her hands. They were definitely more aware of one another this time than at Christmas.
For my birthday my mom framed 4 generations of baby pictures: my grandma Hattie, herself, me, and Betty.
