Grass Roots

It was warm-ish outside today, and while Steele bathed Tessa in Skunk-Off (she's back inside tonight!) I let Betty crawl around in the yard. As far as I can recall, she's never had a chance to play in the grass. I think she liked it, and she tried to eat a leaf. The hat she's wearing is one of two that Gretchen's Halmoni crocheted for her. Betty had to get some hats custom-made because in addition to the tongue flip, she has also inherited from me and Papaw a giant cabeza, and her baby hats just don't fit.
