The strange expression on her face is the beginning of a smile after a long cold stare with a mouth full of green beans. Betty is not a fan. When her face and hair look like this (slicked back hair, tiny "mustache"), I call her "Green Bean Hitler." I guess you have to be there. As a character, it's about as funny as Conan O'Brien's Bugatti Veyron Mouse, which is to say, not really funny at all.
