Omnivore's Delimma

Betty is no longer a vegetarian. As someone who was a vegetarian for several years during my salad days (heh), I feel a little guilty about this for all sorts of ethical reasons outside the scope of this blog. Nevertheless, even if I thought Steele would go for it (he definitely would not), I'd be extremely reluctant to raise a vegetarian child. Too many nutrition and socialization issues that I feel ill-equipped to deal with, especially in a town with a limited food selection. Quin-wha? (<--this pun is for the vegans and foodies out there). That said, Betty did not at all enjoy her roast chicken (pureed in the Beaba with some apple juice). We had dramatic gaggy faces and much flailing of the spoon. Tessa, your chances of getting chicken from the table just increased thousandfold.
